Troubleshooting: Blank Employee Selection Screen
When the employee login screen shows **no employee tiles**, it usually means the dispensary name at the top-right drop-down isn’t selected. This often occurs after leaving the page open overnight: the session times out and the app reloads to the login view without choosing a facility.
What You’ll See
The screen loads—but no employee pictures or names appear.
The drop-down at the very top (next to Close Store) is blank.
Refreshing the browser keeps returning you to the same empty list.
Quick Fix
  1. Click the drop-down at the top of the page (it may appear blank).
  2. Select your dispensary name (e.g., Raja’s Dispensary).
  3. Your employee list will immediately repopulate—tap your profile and enter your PIN as usual.
Step-by-Step
1. Locate the facility selector. It sits on the top navigation bar, right of “Close Store.”
2. Click the arrow. If nothing is currently selected, the field will look empty.
3. Choose your dispensary. The moment you click it, employee avatars should reappear below.
4. Log in. Tap your employee tile and enter your 4-digit PIN.
Tips to Prevent This Issue
  • Always log out or close the browser at the end of your shift.
  • If you must leave the station idle, refresh the page before serving the next customer.
  • Bookmark the main login URL (/Manager) for a quick reset.
