| 1 • Verify Patient Record |

Enter a patient card effective date. |

Enter a patient card expiration date. |

Enter the patient card number. |
| 2 • Check Inventory |

Go to the Products page and search for the product. |
| b. |
If the product doesn’t appear, it may be archived; restore it using bring back archived inventory. |

If “Add new jar” appears next to the product, add stock to this product. |
| d. |
If the inventory column shows 0, add inventory to the sales floor. |
| ✅ Product should appear on the sales screen. |
