Why are my products not appearing on the sales screen?
This guide troubleshoots common causes of products not appearing on the sales screen.
1 • Verify Patient Record
a. Enter a patient card effective date.
b. Enter a patient card expiration date.
c. Enter the patient card number.
2 • Check Inventory
a. Go to the Products page and search for the product.
b. If the product doesn’t appear, it may be archived; restore it using bring back archived inventory.
c. If “Add new jar” appears next to the product, add stock to this product.
d. If the inventory column shows 0, add inventory to the sales floor.
✅ Product should appear on the sales screen.
