Why are my products not appearing on the sales screen?
Check these common gotchas that may be preventing your products from appearing on the sales screen:
- Is your patient record setup correctly?
- Make sure you have entered a patient card effective date
- Make sure you have entered a patient card expiration date.
- Make sure you have entered a patient card number
- Is the product available in inventory?
- Click on Products in the menu
- Search for the product
- If the product does not appear it may be archived.
- Learn how to bring back archived inventory.
- Does it say "Add new jar" next to the product?
- Then you may need to add stock to this product.
- Does the page show 0 under the inventory column for the product?
- Then you may need to add inventory to the sales floor.
