How do I configure wireless printing on my Star Printer?

Configure Star Micronics Printer for Wireless (CloudPRNT)
Follow these steps to connect your Star printer to Marijuana Software’s UPS CloudPRNT service. Once complete, the printer will receive labels and receipts wirelessly—no USB cables or web extensions required.
1  •  Get the Printer’s IP Address
a. Run a self-test on the printer (hold FEED while powering on). The printout shows “Current IP Address.”

2  •  Open the Printer’s Web Portal
a. In any browser, enter the IP you found (e.g., http://192.168.1.120) and press Enter.
b. Log in  —  Username: root  |  Password: public
3  •  Enable & Configure CloudPRNT
a. Select CloudPRNT in the left menu.
b. Set CloudPRNT Service to Enable.
c. Server URL:
  • Label / Kitchen printers: https://ups.marijuanasoftwarellc.com/api/printer
  • Receipt printers: https://ups.marijuanasoftwarellc.com/api/mcp
d. Polling Time: 1 second.
e. Enter the same Username & Password you use for MarijuanaSoftwareLLC.com.
f. Click SubmitSaveSave and Restart. Wait for the printer to reboot (solid green light).
4  •  Register Your Store with UPS CloudPRNT
a. Visit ups.marijuanasoftwarellc.com and sign in (or create an account) using your store email.
b. Locate your Application ID: Main menu ➔ Edit Account ➔ right-click page ➔ View Page Source ➔ search for “ApplicationID.” Copy the value.
c. Paste the Application ID into the UPS website when prompted.
5  •  Finish Setup in Marijuana Software
a. Back in Edit Account (Marijuana Software), scroll to UPS Printer Settings.
b. Enter the same Email, the default password PassW0rd!, and the Application ID. Click Update Store Account.
6  •  Select & Test Your Printer
a. Open the POS screen. When prompted, choose your Star wireless printer.
(If the prompt does not appear, click the small “*” button next to Open Order to refresh printers.)
