| 1 • Package Is in Back Stock | |
| a. | Search for the bulk product in the Products page and click the batch number. |
| b. | Click Edit Package. |
| c. | Enter the weight per unit (e.g., 1 g) and number of units per pre‑pack. |
| d. | Click Save to convert the package to fixed‑count units. |
| 2 • Package Is on the Sales Floor | |
| a. | From the jar details, click Options > Return to Stock to move the quantity back to the package. |
| b. | Follow the steps in Section 1 to convert the package to pre‑packaged units. |
