Steps:

1. Log in to your Marijuana Software account.
2. Navigate to the Reports page from the main navigation.
3. Select the METRC Discrepancy Report.
4. Review the listed discrepancies:
   • Each entry shows differences between Marijuana Software and METRC package counts.
5. Identify the correct count:
   • If METRC has the correct count, click the Correct OMMPOS button. Confirm the prompt to adjust Marijuana Software's count.
   • If Marijuana Software has the correct count, click the Correct METRC button. Provide a reason for the adjustment in the prompted field, then confirm to adjust METRC's count.
6. Continue until no discrepancies remain:
   • The report should ideally be empty, indicating all discrepancies are resolved.
