Resolve 'You’ve Reached Your Limit' Warning
When you see an incorrect limit warning, ensure that the unit weight and unit of measure are correctly entered for each product package.
1 • Old Products Page
a.	Click on the batch number of the product.
b.	Click on the Click to edit package button.
c.	Make sure the unit weight and unit of measure are entered correctly. For deli style cannabis products, unit weight should be 1 and UOM is grams. If it’s prepackaged ounces, unit weight should be 28 and UOM still grams. For edibles, make sure mg is selected.
2 • New Products Page
a.	Click on the batch number of the product.
b.	Click the Package button on the pop‑up dialog.
c.	Ensure the unit weight and unit of measure are entered correctly. For deli style cannabis products, unit weight should be 1 and UOM is grams. If it’s prepackaged ounces, unit weight should be 28 and UOM still grams. For edibles, make sure mg is selected.
