How do I add customer loyalty points?
Steps:
- Click Sales in the Menu
- Find your customer and then click the New Order button next to their name
- On the Sales screen click the Rewards button
- In the Points Manager add a number of points by clicking the +/- buttons
- Click the Add Points button to save the points
- To deduct points enter a value with the minus sign like -5
- The system will make a note that will be saved with the patient record
- Optionally add a custom note to the patients point record by entering text in the Reward Points Notes section.
