| PromoPRNT lets you add coupons, QR codes, and branded messages to every Star Micronics receipt. Follow the quick steps below to activate the service on your Wi-Fi or Ethernet printer. | |
| 1 • Run a Printer Self-Test | |
| a. | Turn the printer off, hold FEED, and power it back on. |
| b. | The test printout ends with the printer’s IP Address. |
| 2 • Open the Printer Portal | |
| a. | In any browser, enter the IP (e.g., http://192.168.1.120) and press Enter. |
| b. | The Star Printer Portal loads. |
| 3 • Link Your Printer to Star Micronics Cloud | |
| a. | Log in (default root / public) and choose Star Micronics Cloud. |
| b. | Click Connect my Printer. A new tab opens to the Star Micronics Cloud site (create an account if prompted). |
| 4 • Turn On PromoPRNT | |
| a. | In the Star Cloud portal, click the purple PromoPRNT button. |
| b. | Follow the on-screen prompts to pick templates, upload logos, or add coupon text. |
| ✅ Your printer is now PromoPRNT-ready. All future receipts will include your custom design. | |
