How do I add test results?

| Entering lab results on a package populates the data used on your compliance labels (THC/CBD values, test date, lab name, etc.). Follow the steps below to add results and print labels. | |
| 1 • Enter Test Results | |
| a. | Go to Products. |
| b. | Click on the product’s Batch # to open Package Details. |
| c. | Click Click to Edit Package. |
| d. | Click Show Test Results. |
| e. | Enter the required information: • Test Lab Name • Test Date (MM/DD/YYYY, e.g., 01/01/2026)• THC Amount / % Optional: CBD Amount / %, Terpenes % • Harvest / Process Batch # (or reuse the test date if not applicable) • Harvest / Process Date (or reuse the test date if not applicable) |
| f. | Click Update Label, then click Save. |
| 2 • Print a Compliance Label (from POS) | |
| a. | Go to Sales and begin an order. |
| b. | Add the products to the cart. |
| c. | Click Print Labels. Compliance labels will appear in a pop-up—send them to your printer. |
