| How To Delete (Archive) A Product |
| Use this process to archive a product in Marijuana Software. Archiving removes it from active lists but you can unarchive it later. |
| 1 • Archive in New Products Page |
| a. |
Open the Products page from the navigation bar. |
| b. |
Find the product you want to remove and click the Archive button on the left side of its row. |
| c. |
In the confirmation dialog, choose the appropriate option and click Continue. The item is now archived and can be viewed by clicking the Inactive box. |

To restore the product, click the Inactive box to show archived items and click the Reactivate button to the left of the item. |
| 2 • Archive in Old Products Page |
| a. |
On the Products page, locate the product and click the quantity in the Inventory column. |
| b. |
Select Archive Package to remove the product from active inventory. |
| ✅ The product is archived. Click the Inactive box to view or reactivate archived products. |
