| If you accidentally import a METRC package twice, you can archive the duplicate product in Marijuana Software without impacting METRC. Follow these steps to clean up your inventory. |
| 1 • Archive the Duplicate in Marijuana Software |

In Marijuana Software, click Products. |

Find the duplicate product in the list and click the Archive button in the far left column. |

Select the option to Archive Package in Marijuana Software only. Do not select "Archive and Finish in METRC." |

Log into your METRC account to verify package is still active and quantities are accurate. |
| ✅ Duplicate product archived in POS, METRC is unaffected. |
