| Create Pre‑Packs from Bulk Joints |
| Turn bulk joints into multi‑pack pre‑roll products using the Convert tool. This process creates new pre‑pack packages with proper unit weights. |
| 1 • Prepare for Conversion |
| a. |
Import the package from METRC and look it up on the Products page. |
| b. |
Click the package number to open the package details. |
| 2 • Enter Conversion Details |
| a. |
Click the Convert Stock button on the package details page. |
| b. |
If creating a new Pre-Roll Prepack, select Create New Product and enter the new product name. |
| c. |
Enter the quantity of joints to convert (e.g., 100) and the number of pre‑packs you want to create (e.g., 20). |
| d. |
Select Units for the unit of measure and enter the unit weight per pack (e.g., 5 g). |
| e. |
Click Convert to create the new pre‑pack package. |
| 3 • Finalize & Sell |
| a. |
The new pre‑pack package is created with the same test results and ready for sale. |
