Fix Duplicated METRC Import in Products Page
If you accidentally import a METRC package twice, you can archive the duplicate product in Marijuana Software and correct the package weight in METRC. Follow these steps to clean up your inventory.
1 • Archive the Duplicate in Marijuana Software
a.	In Marijuana Software, click Products.
b.	Find the duplicate product in the list and click its Batch Number.
c.	Under the Sales Floor Inventory tab, click Archive Package.
d.	Confirm that you want to archive the product.
2 • Adjust Package Weight in METRC
a.	Log in to your METRC account.
b.	In the METRC menu, select Packages.
c.	Click the Active tab to view active packages.
d.	Find your package in the list and click on it; the row will turn orange.
e.	Click the Adjust button at the top of the page; a pop-up window will appear.
f.	In the pop-up window, enter: • New Value – the correct amount you really have. • Reason – e.g., Beginning Inventory Reconciliation. • Reason Note – a brief note on the change (e.g., 'ERROR'). • Adjustment Date – click the TODAY button. • Click the Adjust button at the bottom of the pop-up.
