| METRC tags track your inventory for compliance. The number of tags you need depends on whether you’re a dispensary or a farm and how many products or plants you have. |
| 1 • For Dispensaries |

Initial Inventory – You need one tag for each type of product you onboard to METRC. For example, if you have 100 Blueberry Gummies and 100 Grape Gummies, you’ll need two tags—one for each gummy flavor. |

Pre‑Rolls – If you make your own in‑house pre‑rolls, order a tag for each batch you produce. |
| 2 • For Farms |

Initial Inventory – You’ll need plant tags for each plant currently in flowering and package tags for each package of finished product (up to 10 lbs each). |

Going Forward – Order enough plant tags to cover future planting and enough package tags to cover your anticipated sales. |
