| If your package quantity in METRC is incorrect (e.g., after a physical count), you can adjust it directly from the Packages menu. Follow these steps to locate the package and enter the corrected amount. |
| 1 • Locate the Package |

Log into your METRC account. |

From the navigation menu, click Packages. |

Select the Active tab to view your active packages. |

Click on the package row you need to adjust; the row will highlight (orange). |
| 2 • Enter Adjustment Details |

Click the Adjust button at the top of the page. A pop‑up window opens. |

In the New Value field, enter the correct quantity you actually have. |
| c. |
Select a Reason (e.g., Beginning Inventory Reconciliation). |

Provide a short Reason Note explaining the change (e.g., "ERROR"). |

Set the Adjustment Date (click the TODAY button if adjusting today). |

Click the Adjust button at the bottom of the pop‑up to save the changes. |
