| Adjust a package directly from the Product Details page to update quantities in METRC only. Video walkthrough: |

| 1 • Locate the Package | |
| a. | Go to the Products page. |
| b. | Find the product and click the little arrow next to the Batch Number to open the Product Details page. |
| 2 • Open METRC Inventory Tools | |
| a. | Click the METRC Inventory tab. |
| b. | Click the Adjust Package button. |
| 3 • Enter Adjustment Details | |
| a. | Enter the quantity you want the package adjusted to. |
| b. | Select the correct Unit of Measure. |
| c. | Select the appropriate Reason for the adjustment. |
| d. | Enter a detailed note for METRC. Example: Updating to match physical inventory count. |
| 4 • Submit the Adjustment | |
| a. | Click Adjust. |
| ⚠️ This method only adjusts the package in METRC and does not update inventory in the POS. | |
