| Use this tool to compare sales in METRC and Marijuana Software and ensure your daily sales are reconciled. |

| 1 • Access the Sales Reconciliation Report |

Log in to your Marijuana Software account. Navigate to the Reports page from the main navigation. |

Select the METRC Sales Reconciliation report. |
| 2 • Set the Date Range |

In the Query Tools section, select the date you want to reconcile (typically the previous day's sales). |

Click Search to load sales data. |
| 3 • Review Search Results |

The dollar total from METRC should match the total from Marijuana Software. A small variance (a few pennies) due to rounding is acceptable. |

If totals match closely, no further action is required; your daily sales are reconciled. |
| 4 • Investigate Discrepancies |
| a. |
If totals differ significantly, review unmatched transactions to identify discrepancies. |
| b. |
Adjust or correct sales entries as needed, then rerun the report. |
