How do I use the METRC Sales and Reconciliation tool?

STEPS:

1. From the main menu click Reports.
2. On the reports page click “METRC Sales Reconciliation Tool.”
3. Select a date rage
4. Click Search.
5. Sales data will load from both METRC and Marijuana Software systems.
6. Use the sales totals at the top right of the report to check for discrepancies. Sales totals should match.
7. If the sales totals do not match there is a discrepancy.
8. To find the discrepancy click “Find Matches.”
9. A pop-up box will appear showing sales matched from both systems.
10. Click the “Match All” button.
11. System will match and repair sales.
12. Once the matching process is complete, click the “Show Unmatched” button.
13. Discrepancies will appear.
14. Use the tool to correct the discrepancies.
