| Follow these steps to upload sales to METRC and resolve any upload issues. | |
| 1 • Navigate to Upload Sales | |
| a. | Log in to your Marijuana Software account and go to the Reports page. |
| b. | Select Upload Sales to METRC. |
| 2 • Review & Sync Sales | |
| a. | Review the sales listed on this page. ➤ If using automatic METRC reporting, the page should be empty. If using manual reporting, sales waiting for upload appear here. |
| b. | Click the Sync Sales with METRC button at the top of the page and confirm the prompt to upload pending sales. |
| c. | Wait for the upload process to complete. Successful uploads will clear from the list. Errors will display a warning message indicating the issue (e.g., incorrect METRC tag numbers). |
| 3 • Resolve Upload Errors | |
| a. | If an upload fails, click the problematic METRC tag number to navigate to the package details. |
| b. | Select Edit Package, correct the METRC tag number, and click Save. |
| c. | Return to Upload Sales to METRC and click Sync Sales with METRC again to retry the upload. |
| 4 • Finalize | |
| a. | Ensure the page is empty after successful uploads. |
| b. | Regularly check this report daily for compliance and contact support if persistent issues arise. |
