| Begin uploading your inventory to METRC by first connecting your account and then completing each product transfer. You'll need to accept the external transfer in METRC and update batch numbers. |
| 1 • Prepare Your Account |

Ensure your Marijuana Software account is connected to METRC. |

Make sure each product you plan to upload is properly named and has necessary information. |
| 2 • Upload Products from Marijuana Software |

Navigate to the Products page in Marijuana Software. |
| b. |
Click the Upload to METRC button next to each product you wish to onboard. |
| 3 • Accept the External Transfer in METRC |
| a. |
Log in to your METRC administrator account. |
| b. |
Go to Transfers > External Transfers and locate the uploaded products. |
| c. |
Accept each product and assign the appropriate METRC Tag #. |
| 4 • Update Batch Numbers |
| a. |
Return to Marijuana Software and open the product details. |
| b. |
Update the Batch # field to match the new METRC Tag # assigned during the transfer. |
| ✅ Your inventory is now onboarded to METRC and ready for compliant sales. |
