| Use this process to waste product by reducing the jar quantity and recording a reason such as “WASTE” when product is accidentally dropped or destroyed. |
| 1 • Access the Adjustment Screen |

Go to the Products page and search for the item. |
| b. |
Click the product’s Batch # to open its details. |
| c. |
On the inventory page select Options ► Adjust Jar. |
| d. |
In the adjustment pop‑up, click Make a Correction. |
| 2 • Reduce Quantity & Record Waste |
| a. |
Use the down arrow or enter the new quantity (e.g., 27 grams) to reduce the available quantity. |
| b. |
Add a note such as ‘WASTE’ to explain the reason. |
| c. |
Click Save to apply the adjustment. |
| ✓ Waste recorded and on‑hand quantity updated. |
