| Different ways to fix duplicated products. Follow these steps to remove duplicates caused by editing the unit of measure in the jar only. |
| 1 • Remove the Duplicate |
| a. |
Locate one of the duplicate products in the Products page table. |

Click the icon to the right of the Batch Number to open the Package Details page in a new tab. |
| c. |
Click on the Click To Edit Package button on the Package Details page. |
| d. |
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save. |
| e. |
Return to the Products page and click the sync product data button (top left corner of the products table header) to refresh the data. The duplicate product should now be gone. |
| 2 • If Duplicates Remain |

If duplicates are still present, the product may have multiple jars, archived jars or packages that had the UOM changed at some point. Converting the product to another instance of the same product and quantity will let you start fresh. |
