| 1 • Turn Smart Pricing On |

Go to Account Details (top-right menu). |

Select the Loyalty Information tab. |

Toggle Smart Pricing to ON. |
| 2 • Create & Edit Price Tiers |

Open Products → Manage Price Tiers. |

Add a tier (e.g., Top Shelf). |

Enter Rec and/or Med prices, then Save. |
