| It's possible to reactivate a product archived in Marijuana Software and unfinish a METRC package. Follow these steps to restore access. |
| 1 • Unarchive a Product in Marijuana Software |

Go to Products and filter the list by Archived. |
| b. |
Click the Name of the product you want to restore. |
| c. |
Click Options and select Unarchive. The product becomes active again. |
| 2 • Unfinish a METRC Package |
| a. |
Log into your METRC account. |
| b. |
Navigate to Packages > Finished Packages and search for the package tag that needs to be reactivated. |
| c. |
Select the package and click Unfinish (or similar) to revert it to active status. |
| ✅ Product unarchived and METRC package reactivated successfully. |
