| If a product is oversold and shows a negative quantity, correct the inventory by adjusting stock and transferring quantities between stock and package. |
| 1 • Locate & Review Inventory |

Navigate to Products in Marijuana Software and search for the oversold item. |

Review the quantities in Sales Floor and Back Stock. Note which area needs adjustment. |
| 2 • Adjust Stock or Inventory |

To adjust back-stock, click on the Stock number. Use the up or down arrows to increase or decrease back‑stock quantity. |

To adjust sales floor inventory, click the Inventory number. Use the arrows to increase or decrease the sales floor quantity. |
| 3 • Perform an Inventory Correction |
| a. |
In the pop-up, choose one of the following options: |

- Take more inventory from package: moves product from back stock to sales floor.
- Transfer inventory back to package: moves product from sales floor to back stock.
- Make a correction: record waste or loss if product is missing.
