| Use the Convert Inventory tool to turn bulk flower into pre-rolls. Make sure there is sufficient back stock available before starting. |
| 1 • Access Bulk Flower |

Go to the Products page. |
| b. |
Select the bulk flower product and click its batch number to open inventory details. |

Ensure there is enough back stock available for conversion. |
| d. |
Click Convert Inventory. |
| 2 • Enter Conversion Details |
| a. |
On the Convert Inventory page, enter the quantity of bulk flower to convert. |
| b. |
On the right side, choose the name of the pre‑roll product. |
| c. |
Enter the quantity of pre‑rolls to create. |
| d. |
Select Units. |
| e. |
Enter the unit weight of each pre‑roll in grams (e.g., 0.5 g). |

Click Save to complete the conversion. |
| ✅ Pre‑rolls have been created and the system will redirect you to the pre‑roll product intake. |
