| Use this process to restock inventory for an existing product by adding a new package intake. |
| 1 • Start New Package Intake |
| a. |
Go to the Products page and search for the item. |
| b. |
Click the product’s Name to open Product Details. |
| c. |
Select New Package Intake (or click the New Package Intake button). |
| 2 • Enter Package Details |
| a. |
Create or enter the Batch Number for this package. |
| b. |
Select or enter the Vendor. |
| c. |
Enter the Order Quantity. |
| 3 • Enter Test Results |
| a. |
Click Show Test Results to display additional fields. |
| b. |
Enter the Test Lab Name and Test Date (MM/DD/YYYY). |
| c. |
Enter any potency results (THC %, CBD %, Terpenes %, etc.). |
| ✅ Package restocked and inventory updated successfully. |
