Rename Products – Template Name vs. POS Display Name
You can rename a product in two places: (1) the product template name, which flows to new packages and reports, and (2) an individual package name, which controls how that item appears on the POS screen for budtenders.
1 • Rename the Product Template
a.	Go to Products and search for the item.
b.	Click the product’s Name to open Product Details.
c.	Click Edit Product Details.
d.	Update the Product Name field and click Save. ➜ This changes the template name for future packages, menus, and reports.
2 • Rename a Package for POS Display
a.	From Products, click the arrow next to the package’s Batch # to open Package Details.
b.	Under Sales Floor Inventory, click the Package Name.
c.	Enter the desired POS name (e.g., Gelato 3.5g – 12345).
d.	Click Save. The new name shows instantly on the POS screen.
