| Use this process to intake a new package or restock an existing product. You will enter batch details, test results and costs before saving. |
| 1 • Navigate to Product & Package Intake |

Go to the Products page. |

Click the product’s Name to open product details. |

Select New Package Intake to start a new intake. |
| 2 • Enter Package Details |
| a. |
Create or enter the Batch Number for this package. |
| b. |
Select or enter the Vendor. |
| c. |
Enter the Order Quantity. |
| 3 • Enter Test Results |
| a. |
Click Show Test Results to display additional fields. |
| b. |
Enter the Test Lab Name and Test Date (MM/DD/YYYY). |
| c. |
Enter the THC %. |
| d. |
Optionally enter the CBD %. |
| e. |
Optionally enter the Terpenes %. |
| 4 • Enter Harvest/Process Information |
| a. |
Enter the Harvest/Process Batch # (copy the test date if not applicable). |
| b. |
Enter the Harvest/Process Date (copy the test date if not applicable). |
| 5 • Finalize & Save |
| a. |
Click Update Label to generate labels for your package. |
| b. |
Enter the Cost of Goods Sold Unit Price. |
| c. |
Click Save to finish adding stock. |
| ✅ Stock successfully added to the product. |
