Use this guide to create a new account in Marijuana Software. Watch the video walkthrough below: |

| 1 • Navigate to Marijuana Software | |
| a. | Log into Marijuana Software at: https://marijuanasoftwarellc.com/ |
| b. | Click Register from the main menu and select your state. |
| 2 • Enter Shop & Customer Contact Information | |
| a. | A new account form will open. |
| b. | Company Name/ First Name / Last Name — enter the shop name and customer’s legal name. |
| c. | Contact Information — add phone number or email. |
| d. | Optionally add Shop Website |
| e. | Create and confirm password |
| 4 • Review and Save | |
| a. | Review all entered information for accuracy. |
| b. | Click Sign Up Today to create the account. |
| 5 • Confirm Account Creation & Verify Email | |
| a. | You will see a confirmation the account is set up and instructions to check your email |
| b. | Check your email account (check Spam if you don't see it) for the Marijuana Software confirmation email and select the Verify Email link in the email. |
| 6 • | Log In & Complete Account Details |
| a. | After verifying your email, click on the next link to Log In with your email & password |
| b. | Fill in account details, Metrc API key & license number, change your tax percentages to align with your state, and select the box to include taxes in prices, if you wish and select "Create Store Account." |
| 7 • | Pay Invoice, Log In & Get Started |
| a. | You will see your first invoice. Enter credit card details to pay invoice. |
| b. | Go back to https://marijuanasoftwarellc.com/ and this time select "Login" |
| c. | Enter your email and password credentials to log in for the first time and get started! |
| ✅ New account created successfully. | |
