| How to Change Your Account Time Zone |
| Set your Marijuana Software account to the correct time zone so all reports, sales, and scheduled processes reflect your local time. This example uses Eastern Standard Time (EST). |
| 1 • Update Your Time Zone |

Click Main Menu in the top navigation. |

Click Edit Account. |
| c. |
Scroll down to the Account / Facility Settings section and click Edit. |
| d. |
Find the Time Zone dropdown and choose the appropriate option (e.g., Eastern Standard Time). |

Click Update Store Account to save. |

If your region observes Daylight Saving Time, choose the regional time zone (e.g., Eastern Time) so the system adjusts automatically between EST/EDT. |

Operating in multiple states? Set the time zone per account or facility to ensure local accuracy for daily close and tax reports. |

If a report was open, refresh it to reload with the new time zone. Historical data remains the same; only the displayed time zone changes. |
