| Set up your initial plants and inventory in Marijuana Software by creating new plantings for clones, harvested plants and packaged product; progress them to their current stage to accurately reflect your farm inventory. |
| 1 • Create Plantings |

For clones of the same strain, create one planting with the total number of clones (e.g., 99 clones). |

Add your harvest as a new plant; you will adjust its stage later. |
| c. |
For packaged product (e.g., 3 bags of weed), record them as additional clones. |
| 2 • Advance Stages & Harvest |
| a. |
Use today’s date for your new plantings. |
| b. |
Grow plants in the system to match their real stage (e.g., vegetative, flowering). |
| c. |
When ready, harvest the plants and package them within the software. |
| ✅ Your active farm inventory is now onboarded. |
