| Turn on the Marijuana Software API to publish products to web menus (Weedmaps, Leafly) and other integrations. After activation, you can sync products manually or automatically—and you can also embed a live menu directly into your website using the provided embed code. |
| 1 • Open the Web Menus Page |

Log in to MarijuanaSoftwareLLC.com. |
| b. |
Go to Dispensary → Web Menus: Weedmaps & Leafly. |
| 2 • Activate Your API |
| a. |
In the Marijuana Software API section, click Activate API (or toggle API Enabled to ON). |
| b. |
Review the API URL and any displayed credentials/keys. Copy them if a partner needs access. |
| c. |
Click Save. |
| 3 • Choose How Your Menu Syncs |

Manual Sync — Click Sync Now (or Sync Product Data) whenever you want to push the latest products, prices, and stock. |
| b. |
Automatic Sync — Prefer hands-off updates? Turn on Auto-Sync so changes publish on a schedule. |
| 4 • Verify Your Menu |

Check your connected partner (Weedmaps or Leafly) to confirm products, pricing, and inventory are appearing as expected. |

If something is missing, make sure the product is active/visible, has a category, price, and inventory, then run a sync again. |
| 5 • Embed Your Live Menu in Your Website (Optional) |
| a. |
From the Web Menus page, open your menu’s details (look for Menu Embed Script / Web API Key). |
| b. |
Copy the code under Embed In Your Website (an <iframe> snippet). |
| c. |
Paste the <iframe> into your website’s HTML where you want the live menu to appear. Adjust the width and height attributes to fit your page layout. |
| d. |
Optionally use the Embed in Facebook Page snippet for your Facebook tab, or click Preview Menu/Display Screen to see how it looks before publishing. |

Menu didn’t update? Click Sync Now or enable Auto-Sync. Ensure items are not hidden and have stock. |

Partner key errors? Re-enter your Weedmaps key or Leafly key and save. |
