Adding email and phone number to a customer record

Add Email and Phone Number to a Customer Record
Add email and phone number to an existing customer record by editing the customer and expanding the contact information section.
1 • Locate and Edit the Customer
a. In the Sales tab, select the customer and click Details.
b. Click Edit Customer Record.
c. Scroll to the bottom of the record.
2 • Add Email & Phone Information
a. Click Show/Hide Contact Information to expand the contact fields.
b. Enter the customer's email and phone number.

c. Click Save to update the record.
✅ Email and phone number added to the customer record.
