| Add email and phone number to an existing customer record by editing the customer and expanding the contact information section. |
| 1 • Locate and Edit the Customer |

In the Sales tab, select the customer and click Details. |

Click Edit Customer Record. |
| c. |
Scroll to the bottom of the record. |
| 2 • Add Email & Phone Information |
| a. |
Click Show/Hide Contact Information to expand the contact fields. |
| b. |
Enter the customer's email and phone number.

| c. |
Click Save to update the record. |
| ✅ Email and phone number added to the customer record. |
