Customer Management

Create and Manage Customers
Use the Sales page to search existing customers, start orders, archive expired customers, or create new customers manually, by ID photo, or by barcode scan.
1 • Find an Existing Customer
a. Click Sales from the main menu.
a. Use the search box to type the customer’s name.
b. Press Enter in the search box to show the full customer list.
c. Click New Order or Check In next to the customer’s name.
d. Archive customers with expired IDs to avoid selling to ineligible customers.
2 • Create a Customer Manually
a. Click the yellow New Customer button.
b. Choose Medical, Caregiver, or Recreational.
c. In the form, carefully enter the customer required information:
  • Customer Name
  • Patient/ ID Card #
  • Patient Card Effective Date – typically 2 years before the expiration.
  • Patient/ID Card Expiration Date – the date the card expires.
d. Upload a customer photo if needed.
e. Click Save or Save and Check In.
3 • Create a Customer from an ID Photo
a. Click the green Check-In button.
b. Choose the photo upload option.
c. Upload a driver’s license or ID photo. For medical patients, include the ID and medical card side by side.
d. Click Check In to parse the photo and fill the form.
e. Review all AI-filled fields for accuracy and move any information into the correct fields.
f. Use the ban checkbox if the customer needs to be banned.
g. Click Create or Create and Check In.
4 • Create a Customer by Scanning an ID Barcode
a. Click the green Check-In button.
b. Place your cursor in the barcode scan field.
c. Cover the small barcode and scan the large barcode.
d. Click Check In to fill the customer form.
e. Review the imported information for accuracy.
f. Click Create or Create and Check In.
✅ Customer created, checked in, and ready for a sale.
