How do I fix an over sold product (product in the negative)?
STEPS:
- Go to the products page
- Search for the product
- Make a Stock Correction
- Click on the stock number.
- In the popup box click the up or down arrow to increase or decrease the available back-stock.
- Make an Inventory Correction
- Click on the inventory number.
- In the Popup select one of the following options
- Take more inventory from package. Moves product from stock to inventory.
- Transfer inventory back to package. Moves product from inventory to stock.
- Make a correction. Correct the inventory to report waste or loss
