How does Marijuana Software comply with OMMA Inspections
Complying with the OMMA Inspection Report
Many of our Oklahoma customers have questions about how our system complies with Section 33 of the OMMA Inspection Report.
Section 33 of the OMMA inspection report reads as follows.
33 Does the licensee have the following information for each sales transaction to a patient:
(a) Name, license number, address, and phone number of all licensees involved
(b) Quantity and type of medical marijuana
(c) Batch number(s)
(d) Transaction date
(e) Monetary value, including total sales/purchase amounts
(f) Point-of-sale and tax records
(Yes: In Compliance, No: Out of Compliance) OAC 442:10-5-6(b)(3)
Marijuana Software has updated its systems to comply with these rules in the following ways:
(a) Scanned customer IDs and patient cards can be securely upload to our servers and called up when needed.

Also contact information can be added to each customer record including name, license number, address and phone number for each customer and vendor.

(b) Quantity and Type of medical marijuana can be seen on your receipt and in your sales records.
(c) Batch numbers for each medical product can be seen on your receipt and in your sales records.
(d) Transaction date can be seen on your receipt and in your sales records.
(e) Monetary value, including total sales/purchase amounts can be seen on your receipt and in your sales records.
(f) Point-of sale and tax records are available through sales reports in our system
